1. Confidentiality
The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained from other participants during the trip, in particular any business, financial, technological, or other data constituting trade secrets. The disclosure, reproduction, distribution, or use of such information without the prior written consent of the concerned party is strictly prohibited.

2. No Refund Policy
In the event of the Participant’s withdrawal from the trip, any fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The Participant acknowledges that inability to attend does not constitute grounds for reimbursement.

3. Insurance Requirement
Each Participant is required to independently purchase and maintain valid travel insurance (including at minimum accident and medical coverage) for the duration of the trip. The Organizers are not liable for any damages arising from lack of insurance coverage.

4. Consent to Use of Image and Identifying Information
The Participant grants permission for the free use of their image, name, surname, and company logo in promotional materials published by the Organizers (Winalife Sp. z o.o. NIP: 1132954576 and Daria Iniewski NIP: 1133049106), including, but not limited to, websites, social media, and printed materials.

5. Consent to Use of Photos and Media from the Trip
The Participant consents to the free recording, distribution, and publication of photographs and video materials taken during the trip, in which their image may appear, for the marketing purposes of the Organizers.
